Low back pain is universally a common problem that most people experience at some point in their life. Back pain can be dull and constant, or a sudden, sharp pain. It can be due to poor posture, physical activity, or injury. Back pain can be categorized into two types:
Acute: short-term pain lasting a few days to few weeks.
Chronic: long-term pain ranging from months to years.
There are multiple causes of low back pain:

Degenerative disc disease
Musculoskeletal pain
Spinal stenosis
